Ok, so I am in a constant search for new recipes and ideas that can celebrate rum as a flavour beyond the occasional rum and coke, old fashioned rum punch, or Christmas cake. The Rum and Cinnamon Glazed Ham recipe I have here originally used Bourbon as the spirit. Since Rum and Bourbon can sometimes taste like sister spirits, Rum is a perfect substitute. Throw in brown sugar, cinnamon and a little yellow mustard. Great stuff! Take this recipe and have fun. Make tweaks a
