CLASS DESCRIPTION
Many of our menus blend Caribbean flavors with flavors from around the world that have influenced our culinary traditions. Some, on the other hand, are traditiional dishes we all enjoy from different islands. And, finally, some menus are custom designed with input from our guests themselves. In every case, we celebrate the foodie in each of us!
Classes typically start at 12 Noon AST (12 AM ET and 4 PM UK time) on Saturdays, unless it is a privately scheduled class.
Classes usually take around 3 hours from start to finish. After you sign up, we email the prep packet, recipe booklet and shopping list a few days before the class. This information makes it as easy as possible for you to buy your ingredients, and get some of the prep work done before class. We then execute on the menu, cook together, and then exchange ideas.

For all Zoom classes, we encourage participants to buy all the ingredients and prep them (as per the preparation instructions) before class starts.
Prices are in USD. The final price includes a 17% local tax and a third party booking engine and CC fee.
