Pick what you love!  The beer of your choice or a red wine are easy options... or you can always go with our Old Fashioned Rum Punch, (using Mt. Gay Eclipse Gold Rum if you don't have access to our Cavalier Rum).

CLASS DESCRIPTION

March's menu takes me back to my childhood when my mom (Pam) would make her Chicken Pelau, and my brother and I, along with our friends, would eat it all up.🥰  To day, I've selected Pholourie with Tamarind Sauce, a recipe that you can find on almost any island with people of East Indian origin.  Then, to round out the main part of meal, I've added a Caribbean Slaw that I absolutely love coupled with Fried Sweet Plantains, as a nice contrast.  Finally, the Crispy Pineapple Fritters (with your ice cream of choice) are nice sweet finish for the day.👍👍

The next class will be held on Saturday, March 14th, starting at 12 Noon AST (11 AM ET and 4 PM UK time).  Look for posts on our Facebook and Instagram pages discussing each upcoming class.

Classes usually takes around 3 hours from start to finish. After you sign up, we email the prep packet, recipe booklet and shopping list the Wednesday before the class. This information makes it as easy as possible for you to buy your ingredients, and get some of the prep work done before class.  I then talk through the recipes as we prep and cook together.

Sign up, grab a drink, and prepare for a good time. We love cooking with foodies because it leads to good fun, humor and often a bit of story telling. Finally, if you want a West Indian drink, you can make my Old Fashioned Rum Punch in advance of the class for a taste of the Caribbean!🥰🍹 However, in this class, we will share a classic Martinique Ti' Punch recipe in case you want to go all in.
