CLASS DESCRIPTION
January's Zoom Cooking Class celebrates a menu that should warm your heart in the colder climates. A good stew is a great meal when it's cold outside (or even when it's warm down here). We mixed the Trinidadian stew recipe with some simple sides since the stew will pretty much speak for itself. 👍
The next class will be held on Saturday, January 17th, starting at 12 Noon AST (11 AM ET and 4 PM UK time). Look for posts on our Facebook and Instagram pages discussing each upcoming class.
Classes usually takes around 3 hours from start to finish. After you sign up, we email the prep packet, recipe booklet and shopping list the Wednesday before the class. This information makes it as easy as possible for you to buy your ingredients, and get some of the prep work done before class. I then talk through the recipes as we prep and cook together.
Sign up, grab a drink, and prepare for a good time. We love cooking with foodies because it leads to good fun, humor and often a bit of story telling. Finally, if you want a West Indian drink, you can make my Old Fashioned Rum Punch in advance of the class for a taste of the Caribbean!🥰🍹 However, in this class, we will share a classic Martinique Ti' Punch recipe in case you want to go all in.
