FROM THE SEA COOKING CLASS

CLASS DESCRIPTION

“What’s available today?” is always the question the morning of a seafood class, This means that the menu is determined by what was recently caught based on the season and sea conditions. Whether it is Mahi Mahi, snapper, tuna or grouper, a delicious lunch using a local fish will be the end result

Be prepared for a menu that adjusts from the one listed above based on what’s fresh and off the boats. But also be prepared to have fun as we adapt, create, and enjoy what we prepare and eat!

Please contact us if you have any questions. We would rather answer your questions than miss out meeting you as our guest. 🙂

PLEASE READ

WE ARE ONLY 15 MINUTES BY TAXI FROM THE PORT SO WE ARE WITHIN VERY EASY REACH FOR THOSE OF YOU ON A CRUISE. 😁

Hand washing is required while working with food so be prepared to get your hands wet a few times.  Also, if you have flu-like symptoms, we might ask you to wear a mask out.  We do this to ensure the safety of all of our participants.

Please let us know if you have any allergies or food sensitivities and contact us if you have any questions.
