ZOOM COOKING CLUB

CLASS DESCRIPTION

This month's Zoom Cooking Class mixes some Haitian flavors with flavors from my past... consider the menu as a bit of an extension of the French Creole cuisine theme we did in April.  Each month we will play with flavors from across the region.🍲🍹😃🎉🥳👫👭👬

Our next Zoom class will be held on Saturday, May 3rd, starting at 12 Noon AST (12 Noon EST and 4 PM UK time).  Look for posts on our Facebook and Instagram pages discussing each upcoming class.

Classes usually takes around 3 hours from start to finish. After you sign up, we email the prep packet, recipe booklet and shopping list the Wednesday before the class. This information makes it as easy as possible for you to buy your ingredients, and get some of the prep work done before class.  I then talk through the recipes as we prep and cook together.

Sign up, grab a drink, and prepare for a good time. We love cooking with foodies because it leads to good fun, humor and often a bit of story telling. Finally, if you want a West Indian drink, you can make my Old Fashioned Rum Punch in advance of the class for a taste of the Caribbean!🥰🍹 However, in this class, we will share a classic Martinique Ti' Punch recipe in case you want to go all in.

PLEASE READ

Please connect to the Zoom link 5-10 minutes before the meeting start time. Call 268.764.8362 if you have a problem connecting.

Please make sure that you buy all the ingredients and prep them (as per the preparation instructions) before class starts.

Prices are in USD.  The final price includes a 17% local tax and a third party booking engine and CC fee.
